TMZ reports that the TV star and chef has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex, as well as her father, for now. The report also said that the judge ordered the two to leave the place where the star was staying.The news comes after Sandoval said she was assaulted at her home by the two men. According to the report, he said that the abusive behavior had been going on for a while; however, what happened on June 3 prompted him to call the police.It was reported that after Victoria and the star of ‘The Traitors’ had a fight, she noticed that she had been filming all the trouble. As the night went on, Lee’s father became very angry and broke the wall and door of the room where he was hiding. She said J. Will Robinson “shot” her and punched her in the face, causing injuries to her neck and ear. Authorities were then called to the scene, and Victoria and her father were arrested.In the report, it is also revealed that Tom says the abuse has been going on for the past two years, since the two started dating. He “taunted and belittled her” according to the report and made several insulting names and comments that he used against her on several occasions.The words written in the files read, “[Robinson] and his father continues to live in our rented house, which I am currently paying. Right now, I have been evacuated from my home. I’m bringing this request because I can’t stand it [Robinson’s] torture again.” He said he was concerned for his safety and wanted the ban granted, which was granted.“My efforts to keep the peace have been met with some bad behavior from [Robinson].
