Esha Deol he has talked about separation, heartbreak and looking at personal decisions, saying that he likes to trust his feelings and believes that everything, including mistakes, helps a person to be strong.In an interview with Curly Tales, Esha reflected on how she makes big decisions in life, including relationships.“When it comes to decisions, I don’t take the opinions of others. I like to take my decisions because tomorrow, if they are right or wrong, I will not blame anyone. Whether it’s movies or dating. Mistakes happen. It only makes you stronger and you learn from your mistakes,” he said.
‘It’s between two people’
The actress, who announced her separation from businessman husband Bharat Takhtani in 2024, explained that this was personal and difficult, especially when children are involved.“This is a very personal thing. It is between two people. Being in the work we are in, it is open to people. I am not the type of person, or Bharat or his family, to be very open about many things. But at that time, we were put there and it also affects children. This is a very difficult place in life. One must tread very carefully,” said Esha.He thanked his family for standing by him in all aspects of his life.“My family has always been very supportive of everything – good or bad,” he said.
‘Everything is different’
When asked what advice she would give to women who may be considering a breakup but aren’t sure what to do, Esha emphasized that every relationship has its own set of circumstances.“Reasons can be very different. Many people see my reasons as unreasonable for doing certain things. And it’s not always just a woman, it’s a man too. Two people who are good people, if they do this, I think it can be good,” he said.Interestingly, even after their separation, Esha admitted that she strongly believes in love and romance. The actress added that her experience has not changed the way she views relationships.Esha and Bharat officially ended their 11-year marriage in 2024, announcing their amicable separation in February. They share two daughters, Radhya and Miraya, born in 2017 and 2019, respectively.
