Bindu who has worked with Bachchan in films like ‘Zanjeer’, ‘Abhimaan’ and others recalled how he accidentally spat on his shirt.Bindu remembered what happened outside Rishikesh. After completing the day’s work, the actors went to Dehradun for dinner and were returning together when the incident happened. Bindu remembers enjoying the paan during the return journey when Amitabh Bachchan sat behind him in the car. With all the windows rolled down, he leaned over to spit, not knowing what to expect.“I still remember that I had paan when I was coming back. And I was sitting with the wind in my face, and we were all driving with our windows rolled down. I stuck my head out of the window to spit the paan, and the moment I spat, it all landed on Amitabh’s shirt. I was very embarrassed, and I apologized to Vickey for answering so many questions.For Bindu, this was a stressful time. However, Bachchan calmly responded to his sign and assured him that it was no big deal. Although he wasn’t disappointed, he wasn’t going to let him forget about it anytime soon.“He was pulling my leg and laughing at this,” he recalled laughing. Among their many collaborations, one of the most memorable is still ‘Abhimaan’. In the film, Bindu played Amitabh Bachchan’s best friend at a time when his family is going through turmoil.
