NEW DELHI: Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s long-awaited India debut finally arrived on Saturday as the 15-year-old became the youngest cricketer to represent India in international cricket. The left-handed batsman has been included in India’s playing XI for the second T20I against England at Old Trafford in Manchester. At 15 years and 99 days, he broke the long-standing record held by Sachin Tendulkar, who had made his international debut at 16 years and 205 days. He also went past Piyush Chawla, who made his Test debut at 17 years and 75 days.
