The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board is set to launch a mega recruitment drive with 20,449 vacancies announced by various power sector organizations in the state. Assistant Engineer and Technical Assistant Job DetailsThe recruitment drive includes 839 vacancies for Assistant Engineer posts across three disciplines. Among them, there are 516 positions in electrical engineering, 212 in mechanical engineering, and 111 in civil engineering.Recruiting 1,148 technical assistant positions. There are 945 vacancies in the electrical category and 203 vacancies in the mechanical category.Recruitment plans for power sector organizationsMajor state power sector entities have also announced separate recruitment plans. Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation Limited is expected to fill 7,851 vacancies.
