‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ has been given a UA 13+ rating by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) as it prepares to release in India. According to the CBFC certificate issued on July 23, the authorized running time of the film is 144 minutes and 52 seconds, translating to two hours, 24 minutes and 52 seconds.

According to the certification document, the English 3D version, complete with English subtitles, was approved only after being edited. The CBFC ordered a ban on alcoholic beverages, as well as blocking and removing profanity from audio and subtitles at three different points in the film. In addition, two kissing scenes, seen around minutes 44 and 57, were ordered to be cut entirely.

Overall, the visual cuts only add up to eight seconds, while the silent parts of the dialogue are left for the entire running time. After these adjustments are made, the film’s running time will be 144 minutes and 52 seconds. It has been rated UA 13+, allowing children under the age of 13 to watch the film as long as parental guidance is followed.
