Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the shortlisted candidates for the next phase of department head recruitment under CEN No. 04/2025.The list is prepared based on the performance of the candidates in Computer Based Test (CBT) and Computer Aptitude Test (CBAT). Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the selection list will be provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.Candidates can check their CBAT scores by logging in with their registration number and date of birth. The scorecard will be available starting at 9:00 am on June 29, 2026 and will be valid for 15 days.
How to check RRB Sectional Controller CBAT Result 2026
Candidates can check their results and scorecard by following these simple steps:
- Visit the official website of the RRB where you are applying.
- Click on the “Section Controller CBAT result 2026” link on the home page.
- Open the selection list PDF and check your roll number.
- To view your CBAT scorecard, log in using your registration number and date of birth.
- Download and save results and scorecards for future reference.
CBAT minimum qualifying score
According to the notification, candidates must score the required qualifying score in CBAT to be considered for the next stage. The minimum qualifying score for the aptitude test is 42 points. There is no relaxation in qualifying marks for any category.RRB also informed the candidates that the CBAT question papers, answer keys and other relevant information can be found on the official website under the “Traffic and Psychology – Candidates’ Psychology Corner” section. Candidates can also review standardized methods for T-scores, composite T-scores, and percentile scores, as well as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).The final list of winners is prepared by giving 70% weightage to CBT score and 30% weightage to CBAT score.
Document verification schedule
Document Verification (DV) of shortlisted candidates is scheduled to be held on July 11 and July 12, 2026. Details about the venue, reporting time and other instructions will be shared with the candidates through SMS, email and the official RRB website.Candidates must carry all original documents along with self-certified photocopies during document verification process. They should also carry two recent color passport-size photographs. If any document is found to be incorrect or incomplete, candidacy may be disqualified.
Physical examination and important instructions
After successful document verification, the candidate must undergo the prescribed medical examination. The final appointment will be made only after the candidate passes the medical examination and all document checks.RRB advises candidates to visit the RRB official website regularly for latest updates regarding document verification, medical examination and further recruitment process.
