In an interview with Vulture in 2017, the famous director admitted that he was obsessed with David Fincher’s ‘Mindhunter’. He shared during an interview that it is one of the best shows he has ever seen and that he would love to do something similar to it.He added, “I’ll be there, 1 o’clock in the morning … click. It’s a bedtime story! I love coming to Netflix and what it means to people like me. It fits me down. I want to do a little ten hour play by myself. [David] Fincher has a great show right now. “Praising the show’s creator, he joked, “Fincher’s like me, he’s a lot of s***, a pushover, but he’s very good, and it proves that the audience wants the best. They don’t want s***; they want the best.”
