You wait with faith.”Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra, ‘Ramayana’ is considered a two-part film and is one of the most important projects ever undertaken in Indian cinema. Based on ancient Indian history, the story follows Lord Rama’s journey to rescue Sita after she is captured by the Lankan ruler Ravana, leading to an epic battle between good and evil.Apart from Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash and Ravi Dubey, the film also has Sunny Deol in the role of Hanuman.Adding to the scale of the project, the song is being produced by a world-renowned songwriter Hans Zimmer along with AR Rahman. The first part of ‘Ramayana’ is scheduled to hit the theaters in Diwali 2026, while the second part is expected to hit the theaters in Diwali 2027.
