‘Peddi’ registers 14% down on day 24
According to Sacnilk estimates, ‘Peddi’ collected Rs 80 lakhs in India on its 24th day. The latest figure represents a drop of 14.0% compared to the Rs 93 lakhs it collected on Day 23. The movie played on 939 screens on its fourth weekend. Its all India collection now stands at Rs 239.10 crore, while the domestic collection stands at Rs 282.77 crore.The Telugu version earned Rs 79 lakhs while the Hindi version added Rs 1 lakh to the tally.
Worldwide at Rs 335.67 crore
‘Peddi’ has now collected Rs 52.90 crore from the international markets. The worldwide collection of the movie has risen to Rs 335.67 crore.The Telugu version registered 25.06% audience, with the largest audience coming for late night shows at 27.22%.
‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ enjoys a strong second week
While ‘Peddi’ faced yet another dip, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ continued to impress audiences in the second weekend.According to Sacnilk estimates, the action drama collected Rs 4.90 crore nett in India on Day 9. The collection shows a 12.6% increase over the film’s Day 8 collection of Rs 4.35 crore.Day 9 performance has taken the film’s total in India to Rs 42.95 crore, while its collection in India has risen to Rs 49.72 crore.
Worldwide it goes up to Rs 71.57 crore
