The popular artist and singer died Wednesday, as confirmed by KABC’s George Pennachio. He took to his Facebook account to share the veteran’s post, sharing how popular he was in the industry. She wrote, “She was only 16 when she was nominated for an Oscar! Actress Ann Blyth died peacefully of natural causes on Wednesday at the age of 98, less than two months before her 99th birthday.“He detailed his career in his post, sharing how he was one of the most successful actors of his time, and had a few small roles in every medium, including radio and Broadway. She added: “Ann was active in philanthropy and volunteered for many causes. Her family says she enjoyed gardening, knitting, and oil painting. She was known for giving gifts to friends and family.” He also mentioned how often Blyth responds to fan mail, and that he likes to interact with people.

He later moved to Broadway after appearing on stage for the first time in ‘Watch on the Rhine’ in 1941. 3 years later, in 1944, he finally got his first film and appeared on the big screen in ‘Chip Off the Old Block.’Over the years, he worked with many big stars and even became a self-proclaimed band. Her most famous work, which she is still remembered for today, is from ‘Mildred Pierce.’ The actress played Joan Crawford’s daughter in the film and won an Oscar for her portrayal.He is remembered for many famous movies, including ‘Brute Force’, ‘The Great Caruso’, ‘The Helen Morgan Story’, ‘The Student Prince’, and many others.
