Talking about the amount of preparation that went into the original number, Kulkarni recalls the events of the 1990s. “Chinni Prakash masterji was the choreographer of ‘Mujhko Ranaji.’ The experiments were scheduled for two to three days. But I got the steps on the first day itself. When I got to the set, the steps were changed. I asked him why he changed the steps. I wondered what the point of the test was, but Chinni Prakash masterji was very good, and we finished the song on time.

Looking back at the songs ‘Karan Arjun’ left behind, Kulkarni credits director Rakesh for bringing this great project. “The song ‘Jai Maa Kaali’ was difficult to shoot because there were so many dancers. I give credit to Rakeshji for completing such a difficult film with so many artists. ‘Karan Arjun’ turned out to be the best. Whether it was ‘Jai Maa Kaali,’ ‘Bhangda Paa Le’ or ‘Ek Munda Meri Umr Da,’ people loved all the songs.”

Talking about his journey in Bollywood, the actor, who has not been seen on the screen for some time, shares, “I have been receiving offers for shows. If I receive a script that I am happy with, I am ready to take it. Yes, I cannot do a song like ‘Mujhko Ranaji Maaf Karna’ today with spiritual awakening songs, I am working now. for me I have to be more interested in music than dancing. Back then, I didn’t think about music, as I focused on getting up the dance floor. I was young and immature at the time.”
