Country singer Jon Pardi just shared a big update in his life with his fans. Taking to his social media account, the singer announced that after being married for 5 years, he and his partner, Chilimwe, have decided to separate.

The famous singer shared a post on Instagram to announce the news, revealing that the couple decided to call it quits after 5 years of marriage. He shared a post in support of Summer and wrote, “After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage. Our daughters will always come before us, and we are committed to moving forward with love and respect as co-parents.”Pardi and Summer share two daughters, Presley Fawn, who is 3, and Sienna Grace, who is 2. They also thanked everyone for their understanding and support in this matter. Not only that but the singer also posted another update on his account, stating that in order to deal with everything happening with the family, he will be taking a step back from social media and his work.He concluded by adding, “Thank you all for the love and support. My team will be working on the delivery for now. I’ll see you at the shows.” The couple has not disclosed any details about their separation, nor did they explain why they decided to separate after 5 years.Jon is currently on his ‘Honkytonk Hollywood’ tour.
