Ekta Kapoor is renting out her Juhu apartment in Mumbai with a monthly rent of Rs 1.5 lakh, after selling their house in Worli for Rs 12.25 crore last year.

Producer Ekta Ravi Kapoor he rented out his Juhu flat in Mumbai with a monthly rent of Rs 1.5 lakh. The rental property is in Ekta House, a four-storey building in Juhu. According to the registered documents, the rental property also includes one parking space.The holiday and license agreement is valid from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2027, and the monthly fee is set at Rs 1.5 lakh. The records also show that the lessee has issued checks that are held for the duration of the lease.This is not the first time Ekta Kapoordaughter of veteran actor Jeetendra, has rented a portion of the same property. In 2021, he rented another room in Ekta House for Rs 2.7 lakh per month under a 24-month lease agreement. The deal, which was registered on September 3, 2021, reportedly included a security deposit of ₹ 10 lakh along with a one-year lock-up period.The Kapoor family has always been one of the most active names in Mumbai’s real estate market, completing several high-profile deals over the years.In June 2025, Jeetendra Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor sold a 2,149 sq ft house at ‘Omkar 1973’ in Worli for Rs 12.25 crore, translating to about Rs 57,003 per sq ft. The house also comes with two parking spaces.A month earlier, in May 2025, Jeetendra Kapoor and his family completed the sale of 2.39 acres of land in Andheri to NTT Global Data Centers for ₹855 crore through their family-owned companies Pantheon Buildcon Pvt Ltd and Tusshar Infra Developers Pvt Ltd. Registered on May 29, 2025, the deal was said to be the most expensive affair involving a Bollywood couple that year.
