The horror flick is all set to hit the world on September 11, 2026. The announcement ends months of controversy surrounding the film’s release. Earlier, reports suggested that the movie could arrive in the summer or in June, but the producers have now confirmed its theatrical release date with new updates that have already caused excitement among fans of the franchise.

The makers of the house shared the release on social media with an exciting message. The team wrote that the doors of ‘Demonte Colony 3’ will open soon and warned the audience to prepare for darkness, fun, and nightmares. The announcement went viral on the internet immediately, and the fans couldn’t contain their excitement to return to the horror world created by director Ajay Gnanamuthu. The franchise has built a loyal fan base over the years, and the third installment is expected to take on even more extreme action than before.
The shoot wrapped up after the big international schedule
The film had already completed shooting in April this year. Producer Sudhan Sundaram revealed that the project was set on a grand scale and shot in several locations, including Portugal, Malta, Leh-Ladakh, and Chennai. Although there were several challenges shooting in different countries and locations, the director was able to complete the entire film shoot in just 80 days. The director’s efforts received praise from the producer, along with the efforts of Arulnithi and all the actors and crew.
