PEOPLE reports that a celebrity brand donated a white wedding dress for the kids to style to their heart’s content as a special wedding gift for Swift.Speaking of the outcome, a spokesperson from the brand that donated the dress shared, “We have admired Children’s Mercy for a long time and have been looking for a meaningful way to give back to our community. When the excitement surrounding Taylor Swift’s wedding coincided with her continued generosity to the hospital, it felt like the perfect opportunity to bring these two things together.” They also opened up about how they felt it was a special and unique gift for the singer that the kids could work on.The statement added: “We donated one of our wedding dresses and invited the children to transform Taylor’s wedding gift. They filled the dress with heartfelt messages, drawings, signatures and well-wishes as they made friendship bracelets, wore tiaras and celebrated the person they loved the most.”Children’s Mercy Hospital also took to its Instagram account to share about young children making art and writing messages on a donated wedding dress. The stunning dress featured a sweet off-the-shoulder neckline and corset bodice, with buttons running down the front. The skirt was puffy and flowy and looked like a ball gown. The statement added, “The clothes have now been carefully packed and shipped to Taylor, and we hope that when she sees them, she will feel the love and gratitude embedded in each message.“ The hospital also gave its opinion on the fun service at the shopping center.
