Akshay Kumar has sold two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Mulund West for a combined price of Rs 12.38 crore. According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, the actor bought the property in October 2017 for around Rs 9 crore, making huge financial gains over the years.These apartments are located in Oberoi Enigma, a building developed by Oberoi Realty on LBS Road. Each unit has 1,886 sq ft of carpet area and comes with three parking spaces, taking up to six parking spaces in both cases.Property records show that all the properties were purchased by Sunny Home Care Private Limited. Each house was sold for Rs 6.19 crore, resulting in a net worth of Rs 12.38 crore.The buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs 37.14 lakh for each house, totaling Rs 74.28 lakh. The product was officially registered on June 30, 2026.

Investment brings good

Registration records show that Akshay Kumar bought both the houses in October 2017 for around Rs 4.49 crore each. Based on the current price, each property is valued at about Rs 1.70 crore, translating to a value increase of 38% in about nine years.

Another big hit for Akshay Kumar earlier this year

This is not the first house sale by the actor in 2026. On June 2, Akshay Kumar sold two houses in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali East, for Rs 7.1 crore.The larger building, with 1,101 sq ft, was sold for Rs 5.75 crore and included two parking spaces. The second unit, measuring 252 sq ft, changed hands for Rs 1.35 crore with one parking space. The transactions attracted a stamp duty of Rs 28.75 lakh and Rs 6.75 lakh respectively.All these properties were purchased by Suvarna Rupeshkumar Sakpal through a transaction registered on June 2, 2026.

Akshay Kumar continues to make money in Mumbai real estate

The actor has been steadily investing in his Mumbai properties. The Borivali apartments were originally purchased in November 2017 from Incline Realty Pvt Ltd for Rs 3 crore and Rs 67.55 lakh, respectively.In another sale last year, Akshay sold two adjoining houses in the same Borivali building for Rs 7.10 crore. When I bought them for Rs 3.69 crore in 2017, the property is said to have returned 92% in eight years. One of the rooms alone fetched Rs 5.75 crore, attracting stamp duty of Rs 34.50 lakh and subscriptions of Rs 30,000.
