United Bank of India (UBI) has announced the apprenticeship recruitment results 2026 under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. Candidates who appeared for the BFSI SSC online written examination on July 7, 2026 can now check the tentative list of candidates on the official website unionbankofindia.bank.in.The bank has released the results in PDF format containing the roll numbers of the candidates who have been provisionally selected as apprentices. Details regarding reporting location and date of completion of pre-employment formalities will be sent to the registered email ID of the selected candidate only.It is to be noted that the selection is on a provisional basis and is subject to verification of all the qualifications mentioned in the recruitment notification dated April 28, 2026.

Final selection of candidates will depend on successful completion of the following stages:
- Verify eligibility criteria and required documents.
- Language proficiency test (if applicable).
- Submit proof of physical fitness as specified in the recruitment notice.
Documents required for reporting
Shortlisted candidates for apprenticeship must bring the following documents with them when going through the pre-employment formalities:
- Ten passport size photographs (the same as uploaded on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal).
- Proof of permanent address and mailing address.
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) card or proof of PAN allocation.
- Adharka.
- Original educational certificates and transcripts, including Class 10 or matriculation certificates, degree certificates and transcripts.
- Valid Caste Certificate (if applicable) for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates.
- Person with Disability (PwD) Proof of disability of the candidate (if applicable).
- Valid Economically Weak Sector (EWS) Certificate for the 2025-26 financial year (if applicable).
- One set of self-certified copies of all certificates and ID documents.
- Health certificate issued by a registered general practitioner with at least Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) qualifications.
- Print a copy

The bank also clarified that no separate communication will be sent to unselected candidates. It added that while every effort had been made to prepare the results accurately, it reserves the right to correct any errors. The Bank’s decision regarding the selection process will be final and binding.
