A player Rajpal Yadav has been judged by Delhi High Court up to three months in jail for each of the seven cases arising out of the Rs 9 crore loan dispute. As with the hearing that took place today, there is no rest for the actor.Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma also ordered the actor to pay Rs 1.05 crore to the complainant in each case. Yadav was ordered to pay Rs 1,04,75,000 to the complainant, and Rs 25,000 to the Government.The court told his wife that, Radha Yadavto pay Rs 5,00,51,380 to the appellant for the seven cases. It also stated that the Rs 2.25 crore already paid by Rajpal Yadav has been adjusted against the total amount due.In the previous case, Yadav had appeared and rejected the order passed by the court. He said that he had already faced financial problems, saying, “I have already lost a lot of money.” * He also said, *”I was forced to sell my land and I had already paid a lot of money.The Supreme Court said that it has revised the payment plan in which an amount of Rs 3 crore will be paid within a fixed period. However, the Court made it clear that this opinion was the opinion of the court, not a final decision. Despite these efforts, the parties were unable to reach an agreement.
