UGCET 2026: KEA asks CBSE, CISCE and state board candidates to submit revised class 12 mark sheet by July 6

2026 National Education Conference: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued an important notification to the candidates who have applied for the Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET) 2026 through the authority. Students whose Class 12 marks have been revised after the 2026 revaluation process must submit a copy of the updated mark card to KEA for ranking consideration.This notification is applicable to students of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) and other national examination boards.As per KEA regulations, candidates are required to submit a copy of their revised Class 12 mark card in person at the KEA office at Malleswaram, Bengaluru on any of the following dates:

  • July 4, 2026
  • July 5, 2026
  • July 6, 2026

KEA office is located at 18th Cross, Malleswaram, Bengaluru.

Revised scores will be verified before rankings are updated

The authority has clarified that the revised marks will be considered only after verification of the candidate’s DigiLocker account. Once the verification process is complete, KEA will determine or update the candidate’s merit ranking accordingly.

KEA offices are open as usual on Sundays

To help students navigate the process, KEA has also announced that submissions will be accepted on Sunday, July 5, despite that day being a holiday.Candidates who have received revised Class 12 marks after revaluation are advised to visit the KEA office with their updated score cards on the given dates to ensure that their revised marks are taken into account while preparing or updating UGCET 2026 result rankings.
