Veteran star Ranjeet I recently looked back at some of his fondest memories in Bollywood, one of which was with his co-stars Bindu pulling his ears. This happened when Bindu asked him recently, when he revealed what kind of person Ranjeet was.
Ranjeet replied to Bindu’s claim that he was innocent
In an interview with Vickey Lalwani, Bindu revealed about his long-term career and how things have progressed. In one part of the episode, she talked about working with Ranjeet and called him an “innocent and humorous” person.In response to her message, the veteran actor, known for his work in ‘Sharmeelee’, ‘Namak Halaal’, and ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’, shared a video message about the moment he caught her eye. In the video, she said, “Ma’am Bindu how did you know I was innocent? Thank you so much for congratulating me. It really touched me and brought back many things from the past. I also remembered that I have a picture of you pulling my ears. If I was innocent, why are you pulling my ears? I still don’t understand. Call me and tell me.”Bindu and Ranjeet are some of the most popular actors in the Indian film industry. Having been part of the business for over five decades, the two have remained close friends and worked together on many projects, including ‘Naseeb’, ‘Laawaris’, and ‘Prem Rog’.

Ranjeet, whose real name is Gopal Bedi, is a veteran actor who has been involved in the industry since the 1970s and rose to fame for his villainous roles in various films. The 84-year-old star continues to work in the industry, last appearing in ‘Housefull 4’ and ‘Housefull 5’ in 2019 and 2025, respectively. She has also appeared in Bhojpuri, Malayalam, and Punjabi films over the years.The 85-year-old legend Bindu Nanubhai Desai started his career at the same time as Ranjeet. Over the years, she appeared in many films, which included ‘Abhimaan’, ‘Kati Patang’, ‘Amar Prem’, ‘Do Raaste’, and others. He has not worked in the film industry since 2008, and his last appearances were ‘Om Shanti Om’ and ‘Mehbooba.’
