WBJEE Counseling 2026: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the complete consultation schedule for WBJEE 2026 admissions to undergraduate courses in Engineering, Technology and Architecture. Eligible candidates can register for the counseling process from June 30 and the first phase of registration, payment and opt-in filling will continue till July 5.The counseling process will facilitate admissions to government, government-aided and self-financed (private) institutions in West Bengal. Candidates must complete the registration, pay the consultation fee and submit their choices within the stipulated time in order to be considered for seat allocation

As per the schedule announced by the board, the counseling portal will remain open from June 30 to July 5, 2026, for candidates to register, pay registration fees and fill their selections. During the same period, applicants can also modify and lock in their choices before the deadline.The results of the first round of seat allocation will be announced on July 7, 2026.Candidates whose seats are allocated in the first round, if they do not choose to upgrade or do not get their first choice of colleges, must pay the seat acceptance fee from July 7 to July 11, 2026 and report to the allocated college for review and admission.
Second round of counseling
The Board will re-open the consultation portal from July 13 to July 17, 2026 for a second round of registration and new selection filling.The results of the second round of seat allocation will be announced on July 21, 2026.Newly allocated candidates must complete seat acceptance between July 21 and July 23, 2026, go to the allocated institution for document verification and admission, or exercise the right to withdraw.
The third round offers another opportunity
Candidates who remain unallocated or wish to participate further will be given another opportunity during the third round of counseling.New registrations and selection filling for the third round will take place from July 24 to July 26, 2026. The results of the third round of seat allocation will be announced on July 28, 2026.Candidates who got new allotment in the last round will have to pay the seat admission fee and complete document verification and admission in their allotted institution between July 28 and July 30, 2026.
