Dhanush was also seen consoling Bhagyaraj’s family members during the last event. He hugged them and helped them in that difficult time.In a video circulating online, Dhanush left the funeral quietly without speaking to the media after paying his respects. He was escorted to his car. Fans were moved after watching the videos. They expressed their grief and remembered the bond the actor shared with Bhagyaraj. Dhanush always held K. Bhagyaraj in high regard and often admired him as one of the greatest storytellers of Tamil cinema. Although they did not work together for a full film, Bhagyaraj appeared in Dhanush’s first film ‘Pa Paandi’ in 2017. He played the minor role of Rajkiran in the film.
